Artist’s Journal | Practice

Is our artistic practice (or any practice) a means to an end, or an end in itself? Likely both and more.

What if practice were about the exchange of gifts:

“Each time we show up to practice we receive [gifts] for the heart, mind and body. The more we practice the more these gifts will flood our…bowls.”

The more these gifts will flood our lives, hearts and souls.
